Axel Åndedrag
Axel started his yoga journey more than 10 years ago, and it has branched into various practices, with presence, creative expression, and sustainability at its core. For him, it’s about creating a steady bridge between inner life and outward expression.
Axel believes that an essential part of a meaningful yoga practice is focusing on how we can carry the experiences we have on the yoga mat or in a meditation ceremony into the rest of our lives—into everyday living and into our relationships.
He has studied different styles of yoga with teachers such as Biff Mitthoefer, Dan Brulé, Duncan Wong, and John Bentham.
Axel is also a certified personal trainer and an accredited instructor in Foundation Training.
