Magnus Fridh
I started meditating in my teens and have immersed myself in the subject through studies in Tibetan Buddhism and university studies in indology. I teach groups in ashtanga yoga, mindfulness and meditation and am also one of the founders of the Mindfulness App. My latest book "Being quiet when everything is urgent" (Bonnier Facts) is a book about how to find peace, tranquility and peace in everyday life. I organize retreats in Sweden and different parts of the world.
