Michael

Michael has studied Chinese martial arts and yoga since 2007, and has been teaching yoga classes full-time since completing his Yoga Teacher Training in 2012. In addition to his yoga practice, which includes vinyasa, pranayama, and yin, he loves strength training, calisthenics, and playing upside down through his handstand practice.

Michael is also a certified massage and muscle therapist, which allows him to actively apply his knowledge of anatomy and therapy in his teaching and hands-on adjustments. He leads fun and challenging yoga classes and is skilled at making individual adaptations so that everyone who attends receives guidance and can truly enjoy their yoga practice.
