Viggo Johansen holds a master's degree in philosophy at the University of Oslo and as well as three years of further education in cognitive therapy at St. Hant Hospital in Roskilde, Denmark. He has 24 years of experience with mindfulness meditation. Four of those years he lived as a Buddhist monk (1994-1998). Since 2006 he has worked with change processes in groups and with individuals. This work is based on understanding what a powerful tool our own minds are, and how we can take control of our lives with the help of a clear and focused attention. Viggo has written the books "Inner Silence - Living Mindfulness", Arneberg Publishing House, 2013, and "Silent Witness - Mindfulness Meditation", Arneberg Forlag, 2015.
