Heidi has a natural presence and joy in her teaching, and is passionate about bringing out the unique power that is inherent in everyone. She actually has a background in identity building for companies with a focus on values, where she also leads workshops for creativity, communication and change. She knows for herself how much peace, power and joy in everyday life can be created through breathing and yoga and sees that this is becoming an increasingly important tool for herself and others. She was an avid yoga participant for almost 10 years, before she took the Sadhana Intensive yoga teacher training with Alexander Medin in 2017. She also has Yin Yoga training with massage from the Yin Yang Academy and children's and youth yoga training from Oslo Yoga. Heidi also teaches pregnant women with a focus on mindfulness, meditation, breathing and yoga exercises for increased security and joy during pregnancy, birth and maternity.
