Nanne Emelie has a passion for exploring the power of sound and its therapeutic effects on body and mind. Through her practice, she has developed a passion for creating intuitive, meditative sound journeys that work on a deep level, right down to the cellular level. These sound journeys invite participants to dive into an inner world of silence and contact. With a combination of sound and voice, Nanne Emelie guides the participants through a journey that can promote deep inner connection.
Nanne Emelie has been diving into the world of yoga and meditation for over 25 years, and her passion was awakened as early as 19 years old when she fell in love with yoga. Her journey with meditation began already in childhood, and since then it has been a natural and indispensable part of her daily routine and lifestyle.
As a craniosacral therapist, Nanne Emelie is passionate about working with the connective tissue and integrates this knowledge into her practice of yoga, where the focus is on softening the connective tissue and bringing balance to the nervous system.
Nanne Emelie (RYT 650) has two certifications in Alignment Vinyasa Yoga and has also completed two teacher training courses in Restorative Somatic Yoga and Somatic Yoga (connective tissue yoga). She also has a number of training courses behind her in coaching, personal development, and is, among other things, trained as a Unit Therapist at Audun Myskje. She is committed to further developing her expertise and is currently engaged in a comprehensive education in Holotropic Breathwork, based on Grof breathing techniques.

GONGBATH AND SOUND JOURNEY v. Nanne Emelie Andersen
Musician, sound therapist, singer, yoga meditation teacher and body therapist
A warm welcome to Gong and sound journey with Nanne Emelie.
You are invited to a time where you can just relax and enjoy, while your body and mind are allowed to sink into a world of sound and vibrations, which soften your body and mind, and bring you into deep relaxation.
In a sound bath, the frequencies from the sound waves, the gong, the voices, and the singing bowls will bring the body into deep calm and relaxation. The sound bath works like a massage on the connective tissue and gives you a pleasant sensory experience at the cellular level. To create an image of how the sound massage works in the connective tissue and cells, you can imagine the small waves that occur in water when it is subjected to vibrations. This sound massage can go very deep into the body. It has a regenerating, pleasant, subtle, and relaxing effect. During the actual sound journey, you lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed and just relax.
A warm welcome for a relaxing time!
