Jens Fougner
Jens works at Oslo Hatha Yoga and is trained at Hridaya Yoga and has worked as an instructor at their center in Mexico. He has a deep meditation practice and has completed several month-long silent retreats. In addition, he is keen to integrate yoga philosophy into all aspects of life, so that yoga becomes a holistic lifestyle. He regularly holds courses in meditation and basic yoga philosophy.
Jens tries to make his classes as meditative as possible and sets up the classes so that you go inward. Plenty of time is therefore spent resting and finding peace in each position. The body is used as a meditation anchor and you are guided to turn your attention to the senses and the experience of the moment.
